7777ja (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we", or "us") is an online gaming service provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method. Deposited funds will be added to the account after verification. Deposited funds may only be used for playing games on the platform.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. After a withdrawal request is approved, payment is generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• It is recommended to use the same payment method for withdrawals as was used for the deposit.
• 7777ja reserves the right to hold withdrawals until KYC verification is complete.
• Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• Withdrawals may be held if there is suspicion of fraudulent transactions.

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Receive ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳42,000 or more → Maximum ৳20,000 bonus → Total balance will be ৳62,000.

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn. This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount.

• Each bonus offer may have its own terms, which will be stated in the offer details.
• A bonus offer can only be used once, unless otherwise stated.
• 7777ja reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is suspicion of bonus abuse.
• The time limit for meeting wagering requirements is offer-specific — if the period expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• A maximum withdrawal limit may apply to winnings made using bonus balance.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household, address, or device is prohibited.

7777ja has three VIP tiers, providing additional benefits for regular players:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your activity and participation on the platform. Cashback is automatically added to your account each week.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7777ja:

• Use of fraudulent software, bots, automated scripts, or hacking tools.
• Bonus abuse or gaining unfair financial advantage through manipulation.
• Colluding with other players to deceive the system.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform.
• Harassing or insulting other users.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party.

If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

7777ja reserves the right to cancel any reward or winnings incorrectly displayed or paid due to a technical error in a game or system. If a game is interrupted midway due to a software or hardware issue, the relevant bet may be cancelled or reconsidered.
